Dustless Blasting is the faster, cleaner way. We use 33% less abrasive than dry blasting and less environmental impact!
Silica-Free Abrasive
The Dustless Blaster uses a wide variety of abrasives, including 40/70 crushed recycled glass. This all-purpose abrasive contains less than 1% free silica.
Wet Delivery System
Water encapsulates the abrasive and coating being removed, which prevents them from becoming airborne and potentially inhaled.
Suppressing the dust plume also increases workers' visibility, reducing the risk of accidents.
No Runoff
Compared to power washing, which can use 240 gallons of water per hour, the Dustless Blaster only uses about 20 gallons of water per hour.
Safe on All Surfaces
Steel, aluminum or fibreglass - we won't warp or damage the substrate.
Powerful Removal
Remove antifouling paint, epoxy, heavy marine growth, or open blisters in the gelcoat.
Dust Suppression
Others can continue working nearby while blasting is being performed.
Easy Containment
Reduced dust means easier containment and cleanup.
Dustless Blasting equipment employs a mixture of water, air, and abrasive to clean and remove surface contaminants and coatings, providing a clean surface with no clinging dust. Since the debris is captured with the water during the blasting process, dustless blasting can be easily contained and cleaned.
The water produces more mass and force in the blasting process, allowing us to use less media and work more efficiently.
