Serving the market since 2009, Blue Heron provides lithium batteries with industry-leading designs that are also rugged, reliable, high quality and extremely long life. The company offers a 10-year warranty on most of its products. However, batteries have a true 15-to-20-year life expectancy.
LiFePO4 is the safe lithium, with resistance to ignition. It is not susceptible to the hazards of lithium-ion batteries like those in cell phones, portable computers, or similar high-energy density applications.
